I love this stuff. I'm tired of drinking water all day every day and other drinks increase my blood sugar. The bonus is that it taste great and that it is curbing my cravings. I've used it for a week, twice a day, and I can see a real time decrease in my blood sugar with my glucose monitor. I drink one in the morning, I'm not hungry for breakfast and sometime not even for lunch. I start my second one as I'm making dinner and finish with dinner and watch as my blood sugar barely spikes. The very first thing I did after opening my first packet of Ozzi was putting it in a shaker bottle and promptly forgetting to close the top part of the lid, spilling the mixture all over myself, my countertops, and my floor. I immediately noticed what the company had communicated about it giving off a weird smell! However: once I got the drink mixed up successfully, that smell didn’t translate to the taste at all. It just tasted like a delicious lychee drink which did actually help me from snacking. I’m trying to replace needless snacking throughout the day and I think this is really going to help since it tastes so good. Excited to try more flavors!

I love Ozzie for more than the craving cure , I love it most for the fiber benefits. The bathroom has never been fun for me with my kind of number 2’s, Best described as wiping a tube of toothpaste with a piece of toilet paper, not a lot of fun….. with the Ozzi I literally could choose not to use toilet paper. It is the best ever. I know this is probably too much information, but it’s the truth. I will drink Ozzithe rest of my life for this reason. I myself I love carbonation in my drinks so I would be so happy to receive the free soda stream. Thank you for considering me. Please keep making Ozzi.
