    Not sure, for me it didn’t work. Did nothing for cravings, it’s expensive per stick pack given that it didn’t work for me. Also shipping took a very long time so not even sure how consistently I would be able to get it if I did like it.

    I was beyond skeptical when I purchased the two flavors of Ozzi. I definitely was not going to get a subscription — "I'll try one of each flavor to see if I can tolerate the taste and maybe it will work a little bit to reduce my cravings." I was shocked! I not only tolerated the taste, but I loved it! And it worked so well that I didn't realize it was working; there was no kick-in or taper-off period of efficacy. I stopped thinking about having sweets and thus stopped craving them. I felt satiated and satisfied with my normal food regimen and amount. I consider Ozzi to be a treat on many levels. I will become a subscriber! Highest of recommendations.

    I have been using Ozzi since the beginning and have grown to rely on it. The smell is bad, but it doesn’t translate to the taste at all. The taste is pleasant but the smell can clear a room. 😆 My only wish is that the pack had 30 or 32 servings so I could get through an entire month and have a couple to spare if there are shipping delays. I do mix one serving of Ozzi with one Propel in a 40oz Stanley and it’s a perfect combo!👌
