I’ve been trying my best to lose 20 to 25lbs and quite literally have had the hardest time and that’s because after I eat a meal I crave something sweet especially at night after I’m off work and once I saw the Ozzi product info I was curious. Mind you i actually started taking this around the time I was due for my monthly cycle which is when my cravings kick in the hardest! And to my surprise I noticed my cravings subsided and my brain was able to stop the noise of falling hard for the cravings even when I wasn’t hungry. I’ll continue to use this product and see how things go!! But I’m off to a great start!

I was SHOCKED at how much my appetite was reduced. The experience was fullness without "bloatedness". I have reduced my dose to 1/2 of an ozzi/day. I have digestive issues, and I think the allulose was causing loose stool. The daily half-dose seems to be my sweet spot.
