I don’t know if it really decreased my sugar cravings but when I do have sugar cravings at night, or if I wake up in the middle of the night and I want something,I drink the instead, so i don’t get a cortisol spike overnight. So I’ll drink this instead of eating or drinking something that has sugat I also drink them throughout the day just because they taste better than I expected
